Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is on the way.

Shipping Times
Delivery usually takes 5-9 business days, depending on your location. We ship from outside the EU. International orders may take slightly longer due to customs or local carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delays & Issues
We’re not responsible for shipping delays/charges caused by customs, weather, or courier issues, but we’ll always help you track your order if it’s taking longer than expected.

Lost or Damaged Packages
